The Vauxhall Mokka Electric will receive an upgraded motor and battery next year, gaining an extra 15kW of power and an added 43 miles of range.
The SUV will gain a new 54kWh battery to replace the previous 50kWh unit, which will result in the office range increasing from 209 to 252 miles. Vauxhall has also added a more efficient motor, which products 116kW (156bhp), up from 101kW. It also offers 191lb ft go torque.

The new motor means that the Mokka Electric can achieve the 0-62mph sprint in less than 10 seconds, with the car’s top speed electronically limited to 93mph.
The revamped Mokka Electric will be able to charge at speeds of up to 100kW, allowing for a 0-80 per cent charge in 30 minutes. It will be available for customers to order in March 2023, with deliveries commencing soon afterwards.
The upgrades mirror to those already announced for other electric cars that use the same platform from Vauxhall’s parent firm Stellantis, including the Peugeot e-208.
