Innovation is a new firm that is aiming to offer a range of commercial and personal vehicles from a range of firms. It currently has deals to sell models from Chinese firms DFSK and Skywell in the UK.

The first vehicle that Innovation has launched is the EC35 van, which is powered by a 39kWh battery that offers a range of 101 miles. It is also offered as a range-extended version of the van, which can achieve 166 miles between charges, with a limited top speed of 50mph.

The EC35 comes with CCS connector as standard and can be charged to 80% in around 60 minutes using a DC rapid charger.

Innovation Automotive claims the EC35 is "a nimble electric van that is ideally suited to town and city driving". The machine also has a total payload capacity of 1015kg. In addition to its payload, the EC35 has a maximum load length of 2,470mm, width of 1,470mm and height of 1,130mm.
