The Volt Infinity retains a 250W Shimano Steps central crank drive system, which is paired with fully automatic eight-speed electric Shimano Alfine Di2 gears. As with all e-bikes in the UK, the electric assist is offered at speeds of up to 15.5mph.
The 504Wh battery is built into the frame and offers 90-plus miles of electric assist. It can be charged on a domestic connection in around three-four hours.

The Infinity feature a 19in aluminium frame and sits on 28in wheels with Schwalbe tyres. There is also Suntour fork suspension and Shimano S700 Alfine hydraulic disc brakes. The bike weighs a total of 23.6kg including the battery (21kg without).
